Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1cupnutrela
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2tej patta
  • 4clove
  • 1badi elaichi
  • 6-7black papricon
  • 2Peace ginger
  • 1hari mirch
  • 1-2 stickdaalcheen
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp milk
  • Few drops orange colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice for 1/2hour

  2. 2

    Soak Nutrila in water and take it out after 15-minute

  3. 3

    Take a Pan,put some oil and make a past of ginger,green chilli,and put in a pan n fry for 3-4minute

  4. 4

    After 4 minute add nutrila and let it fry

  5. 5

    Now add curd and fry it till it leaves the sides and,keep a side

  6. 6

    Take a Cooker or kadhi n put some ghee jeera and hole spices

  7. 7

    Now add rice,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,water and cook,cook for 4-5 minute when it is half cooked....

  8. 8

    Now add nutrila mixture and lid up the pan for 4-minute

  9. 9

    Now make a 3-4 hole in a rice with the help of spoon and takea bowl,put a 1-tsp milk and add orange colour

  10. 10

    Now put a 2-3 dropes of colour in every hole and cover the cooker with lid and wait for 3-4 minute......

  11. 11

    After 4-minute ready to sarve...
