Steps

Wash mutton nicely and keep aside.now add mustard oil and add chopped onion saute.

Add mutton mix till water absorb.now add tomatoes garam masala salt red chilli.and while garam masala cover it for half hr.

When water evaporates add ginger garlic paste.

Half boil rice by adding whole garam masala and keep aside.

When mutton is almost dry.take rice one layer then mutton again repeat one layer rice one layer mutton.

Serve hot with onions green chutney or raita.
