Lotus stem biryani
A twist in the biryani by using lotus stem
Steps

In a thick bottom cooker add oil,fry the chopped lotus stems an curry leaves,fry for sometime

Then add the green paste (coriander leaves,mint leaves, green chillies, coconut, elachi, dalchini, lavang,onion, ginger garlic paste,saunf)

Keep stirring till oil comes out,then add the vegetables (carrots,beans,peas)
- 4
Then add the garam masala powder, biryani powder, pineapple flower and mix well. Then add the rice an water an salt an pressure cook it for 1 whistle
