Steps

In a mixing bowl add chicken,salt,ginger garlick paste,termeric powder,red chilli powder,kashmiri laal mirch,garam masala powder,biriyani masala & lime juice mix it well & set aside.

Boiled the rice add salt,whole spices,lime juice & chopped Coriander. Drained the exces water and set aside.

Heat ghee in deep pan add some whole spices & satue still fragrent. Add onion slices & satue till browned.

Add marinated chicken and mix it well. Cover and cook 10-15 min.

Add Coriander powder & green chilli & mix it well. Add curd and mix & cook it 5 min. Add some chopped Coriander and stir.

Add half cooked rice on the chicken & add salt, remaining biriyani masala, browned onion, & add cream & melted butter on top of the rice and saffron and rose water & mix it. Then add chopped Coriander & tightly cover the pan.

Cook it 20-25 min in low flame.

Garnished with tomato,onion ring & chopped Coriander & serve hot.
