Fajeto is a Gujarati kadhi made using mango pulp.
Very delicious and goes well with rice.

Fajeto is a Gujarati kadhi made using mango pulp.
Very delicious and goes well with rice.
Steps

Grind curd, besan and mango pieces with little water and make smooth paste.

Transfer into vessel. Add enough water.

Add salt and chopped green chillies and keep on flame.

Add turmeric powder, sugar, garam masala powder and ginger paste.

Allow it to boil on low flame. Stir occasionally.

Cook till get desired consistency.

Make tadka of ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick dry red chilli and curry leaves.

Pour into fajeto. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
