Ingredients

Cooking-30min
Serves 4 servin
  • 2 cupbasmati rice
  • 1.5 cupvegetable stock
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 3-4cloves
  • 1 TSPcrushed ginger garlic
  • 1 TSPcoriander powder
  • 1 TSPturmeric powder
  • 1/3 cup of almond
  • 2-3tomatoes
  • 1 spoontomato paste
  • 2 tbspyogurt
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • As neededFresh mint
  • As neededFresh coriander
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

Cooking-30min
  1. 1

    Heat the pan add oil now add cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger garlic paste saute for few seconds.

  2. 2

    Now add turmeric and coriander powder and tomatoes and tomato paste cover with lid and let it cook until tomato become soft.

  3. 3

    Now add curd and veggie saute for 2 min.

  4. 4

    Now add rice,salt, fresh mint,and lemon juice and water let it cook for 20min.

  5. 5

    To serve and a generous amount of the herbs and the almonds and a dollop of yogurt.
