Soaked rice,dal and methi daana overnight.

Next morning add this in grinder and grind it to make a batter.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds and spices and add boiled and mashed potatoes,mashed paneer and mix well.

Saute for 5 min on low flame and keep asides.

Now grease oil in tawa pour this batter and make dosa shallow fry from both sides until crisp

Fill potato mixture and roll it.

Serve with sambhar.
