In a pressure cooker add the (cleaned & washed) mutton pieces, salt, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, coriander, garam masala powder & green chillies. Add 1 cup water & close the lid. Cook for atleast 9-10 whistles. Cook until mutton is tender.

After the pressure release open the lid & cook until water evaporates. Mixture should dry..

Remove the mutton chops in a big dish & let it cool down.

Meanwhile beat the eggs & add salt & red chilli powder. Remove breadcrumbs in another separate dish

Dip the mutton chops in egg & then roll in breadcrumbs. (Repeat process if u want thick coating).

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown & crisp. Serve hot with lemon wedges & green chutney.
