In a bowl add grated and squeezed bottle gourd

Add all masalas and mix well

In a pan heat 1tbsp oil and add gram flour and roast it for 1to 2 min.

Add lauki parantha mixture and mix it

Let it cool.

Take a portion of wheat flour dough and stuff lauki mixture inside and roll a parantha.

Your healthy crispy lauki parantha is ready to serve.
