Cut the eggs into two halves.Slice the onion into roundels.Grate one potato into thin round slices and cut the remaining potatoes into thin long slices.S lice the capsicums into halves and deseed them.

For batter, in a big bowl, add gramflour,salt, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder,kasuri methi,carrom seeds,soda.Add water and make a smooth pouring consistency batter.

Heat oil in a wok till smoking hot.Dip the eggs, capsicums, potatoes, onions into the batter and fry them in batches. Keep the flame from medium to low.

Serve with sauce or chutney.
