For dough
Take a bowl mix all the ing. Make a dough redt it for 1/2hr. - 2
Roast the khoya slightly till it turns pink.remove from heat and allow it to cool

Then add all dry fruits,green Cardamom powder to khoya and mix well

Add powdered sugar,nariyal powder,choco chips/ crushed chocolate mix well

Grease the gujiya mould.Roll our dough balls into small puris, put the mixture it on the mould and press tightly

Now deep fry in hot oil, fry on medium flame till it turns golden brown

Instead of frying..u also baked healthy gujiyas.

Let them cool and coat with melted chocolate 🍫
