2 servings

1 cuppoha washed and cleaned
1small onion chopped
1/2Potatoes peeled and sliced
1/4 cupnuts and raisins
2green chillies chopped
1/2" ginger crushed
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat a pan add oil

Now saute the onion chopped and ginger crush

Add the Potatoes and saute well adding salt

Cover it for a while

Add the poha and nuts and raisins
6

Add sugar and green chillies,mix well
7

Serve it hot
