Kabuli chana kabab

Take a big bowl and add boiled potato and mash it.

Then grind boiled chickpea in grinder and take it in bowl and add roasted gramflour, onion, Ginger, garlic paste, chat masala, lemon juice, Salt, chopped green coriander and mint.

Mix well and make round or heart shape kebab and then refrigerate for 2 hours and when they get chilled then take them out of the fridge.

Now take frying pan and heat some oil and shallow fry the kebabs from both sides.

Kabuli chana kebab ready. Serve with green mint chutney.
