Steps

Take sooji in a pan and heat it.Continue to stir it until brown

Pour out the ghee and coconut in the pan and stir it for some time.also put a bay leaf in it

Pour out the milk and sugar in it and let it simmet for 15 min

Before putting it out add chopped almonds and mix it a little

Put it down in a dish.Spread chopped almonds from top.This will make it look good and presentable

Cool it down

Cut it into pieces and serve it well
