Heat ghee / clarified butter in a pan.

Add onion and saute for one mins.

Add ginger paste,green chilli,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.

In a blender add red kidney beans /rajma,boiled potatoes and paneer/cottage cheese and blend it.

Add this rajma mixture in the onion pan and saute for 4 - 5 mins.

Once cooled,shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.

Shallow fry in hot ghee / clarified butter until red and crispy.

Flipping once in between.

Always cook in medium flame

Serve hot with tea.
