Ingredients

  1. 3 cupbasmatic rice
  2. 3 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspcooking oil
  5. 3 pcscloves
  6. 1 pcscardamon
  7. 1cinnamon stick
  8. 2blacklemon
  9. For the chicken
  10. 1big onion
  11. 1fresh tomatoe
  12. 1chicken stock cube
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 1/2 literwater
  15. 1 tbsptomatoe paste

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice in bowl for30 mins,then prepare your Chicken in the casserole with the 1 1/2 liter of water season with the spices and cover the lid,boil 20 to 30 mins if use that the chicken already cook using strainer remove the chicken and big spices set aside in one tray,Take a chicken stock from chicken you Cook.Bring back to the fire until boiling put the cardamon,salt,cinnamon,oil,salt boil for to mins and add the rice and cover the lid,Wait until became fluffy and no water gently stir,

    Put on the top pinch of tumeric powder and cover,while u wait for the rice,put the chicken in oven for 25mins until golden brown or u can fried also.After all done cooking u take the rice put in plate also the chicken,Garnish with chopped parley and chilli,
