Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 tspolive oil
  3. Halfan onion (chopped)
  4. 4 cupswater
  5. 1 (8 oz)can tomato sauce
  6. 1chicken bouillon
  7. Candiced jalepenos for spice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cover bottom of pot with olive oil and brown the rice.

  2. 2

    Add onion and tomato sauce. Mix.

  3. 3

    Add water and chicken bouillon. Add can of diced jalapeno. Cover for 10 min and leave cracked.

  4. 4

    Close lid tight and cook 5 more min.

  5. 5

    Fluff with fork.
