Ingredients

  • 150 gramsseedless dates
  • 1 tablespoongolden raisins
  • 40 gramssoaked & peeled almonds
  • 30 gramswalnuts
  • 2 tablespoondesiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoonmilk
  • 1 tablespoonwhite sesame seeds to garnish on ready rolls
  • 1 teaspoonghee to grease palms
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 8-10Kesar strands soaked in water

    Pulse all the dry fruits with milk for 3 to 4 times or more till you get them in small bits and pieces. don' t make a powder or paste.

    After pulsing, if you get slightly large pieces of almonds in the mixture, then remove and chop them.

  3. 3

    Remove the coarse mixture of dry fruits cardamom add and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Apply a bit of ghee on your palms and roll each mixture part into a log.

  5. 5

    First cover each ready log with sesame seeds. Now cover with silver layer.

  6. 6

    At last apply kesar dot on well garnished logs. Now dates logs are ready to relish.

  7. 7

    Serve dry fruits dates logs as a sweet or as an after meal dessert.

    It's very yummy and nutritious.
