Steps

Peel and cut your potatoes into cubes,

Boil them until tender,

Drain and set aside in a cool place,

Cut plantains into cubes and set aside,

Cut onions, chillies, green and bell peppers and set aside,

Spice up the plantain with salt and fry in hot oil then set aside,

In a pan add little oil then sauté the onions for a while, then add the minced meat cook until tender,

Then add the bell pepper and chillies (do not add green pepper yet),

Fry for 5-10 minutes on low heat then add green pepper, garlic paste, ginger powder, black pepper, salt and Maggie cube (to your taste),

Add the potatoes and stir for 5 minutes the add the plantain,

Cover and Allow to simmer for 2 minutes then serve!!!
