Steps

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.

Divide the boiled corn into two parts. One part to be grinded in the mixer. Other part to be kept as it is.

Mix the above.

Heat oil in the pan. Add ginger garlic paste. Add the above potato corn mixture. Saute it for 2 min.

Add the chaat Masala, dry coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Switch the flame off and add the freshly chopped coriander.

Apply butter on the bread slices and heat till one side turns brown

On the browned side, fill the mix along with grated cheese. Keep the brown sides facing in.

Apply butter on the other side and place the sandwiches on the pan.

Cut and serve.
