In a bowl add boiled mashed potato, flour, baking soda, milk powder and 1tsp ghee

It mixed together and make a soft dough.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small balls

At the same time prepare sugar syrup

Add sugar and water and crushed cardamom

Boil this until sugar turns it sticky

To Check this 1 string consistency and add lemon juice,rose water and saffron. Set aside to keep it hot

Heat oil or ghee in a pan

Fry the jamun in a low heat.

Slightly turn other side

Once it get golden brown colour, remove the plate

After 5mins or it's cool completely place them in a sugar syrup

Let it soak for few hours

Jamun is ready to serve
