Heat the oil and fry in batches.

When done move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil and salt each batch as soon as you place on the paper towel.

Heat the milk but don't boil, melt the butter.

Add the cheeses, I used equal amounts of mozzarella, colby jack, and mild cheddar. When the cheese melt, Mix the cornstarch with the 1/4 cup milk. Then add stirring constantly till thickened.

Add the sauce over the tots I hope you enjoy!!!
