Boil the green gram's for about 30min or till ready.

Remove from the heat, set aside, chop all the vegetables, carrots cut into cubes, put oil on the sauce pan,fry the onions, without browning, add in the tomatoes, and Carrot's with a pinch of salt, make sure not to use a lot coz royco is salty,cover,let it simmer for few minutes, add in your ndengu,stir well,add little water, cover and let it cook for 3 min,mix little water with royco, add in your stew,stir,put in the dhania, serve,either with rice or chapatis.
