Boil milk with cardamom and simmer milk on slow flame till it reduces to half.

Add khoya to the reduced milk. Now add sugar and allow it to dissolve.

Remove corners of the Bread slices and cut into triangles.One slice will make 2triangles.

Deep fry the triangles till golden brown.

Arrange the Bread triangles in a serving dish.Pour the boiled milk mixture and garnish with pistachios,raisins and dried rose petals.

Serve warm or chilled.
