Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 2 tablespoonoil
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspajwain
  5. As neededOil for frying
  6. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida in a bowl

  2. 2

    Now add oil,salt and ajvain and mix it well

  3. 3

    Now add water and make a tite dough

  4. 4

    Now rest for 5 min

  5. 5

    Now make papdi

  6. 6

    Now deep fry in medium hot oil

  7. 7

    When it's colour golden brown then transfer papdi in a plate and serve with tea
