Ingredients

  • 250 gmnylone poha
  • As neededFried potatoes chips
  • 3 tbspPeanut fried
  • As needed Raisins and Cashew
  • 3-4Green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tbspCurry leaves
  • 1 tbspMustard seed
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • As neededOil and salt
  • 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  • As neededDry coconut chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast a poha in kadhai for 4_5 min

  2. 2

    Then add oil and fried the potatoes chips, raisins, cashews, peanut, dry coconut etc.

  3. 3

    Now give a tadka of mustard seed, curry leaves, green chillies and mix all things and salt, turmeric powder too

  4. 4

    Enjoy it in tea Time snack
