Ingredients

  1. 1 cupraw rice
  2. 2 cupspuffed rice
  3. 1big spoon Curd
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Eating soda if required

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the ingredients separately for about 6-7hrs..

  2. 2

    Grind the soaked rice and then puffed rice to a fine paste, then add curds and salt..

  3. 3

    Leave it for fermentation over night. Add eating soda if required before putting dosas..

  4. 4

    Goes well with coconut chutney and onion chutney
