Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked rice
  2. 1 cupWheat Flour
  3. 1 Cuprice flour
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspSoda
  6. 1 cupcurd
  7. 1.5-2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender take rice, add little water and blend it to form smooth texture.

    Now add wheat flour, rice flour, salt, curd, soda and water as required. Mix well and prepare dosa batter.

    Now heat pan and apply little oil. Now pour dosa batter and spread it.

  4. 4

    First 2-3 minutes keep high flame, then lower the flame and cook till it becomes golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Tasty, crispy Rice Dosa is ready. You can serve with your favourite chutney.
