Steps

Heat pan add oil and little butter

Add chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder

Add garlic ginger paste and cook till the raw smell goes away

Add salt to taste

Add liver pieces, little cream or curd and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes.

Add leafy vegetables and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.

Transfer the contents to a plate and dress with cucumber, lettuce and finely chopped cabbage.
