Vermicelli custard with carrot halwa
Steps

Heat ghee and roast vermicelli until golden.Now add water.

Cook until it becomes cooked(soft).Drain excess water.
Heat it up and add sugar.Cook for a minute. - 3
Add milk and cook in low flame for atleast 5 mins.

In a small bowl add custard powder,add milk mix well without any lumps.

Add the custard mixture and cook until it is starts to thicken,Switch off. It will thicken after cooling down so switch off accordingly.

How to assemble- add some carrot halwa in the bottom of the glass.

Next add custard vermicelli. Next add carrot halwa in the middle, next custard vermicelli like this you assemble.

Add chopped nuts and cherry for garnish
