Ingredients

25 minutes
2 to 3 servings
  1. 3 tspsemolina/ rava
  2. 500 mlmilk
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. 4 tspsugar
  5. 2 tspmix chopped dry fruits

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in the pan, add semolina and fry a minutes or till nice aroma comes.

  2. 2

    Add milk let it boil. Add sugar and mix well.

  3. 3

    Cook till sugar melts and semolina is fully cooked. Add chopped dry fruits and mixed. Serve hot or cold.
