Steps

Fry the onions in oil till they turn pink

Peel the tomatoes and dice them

Add to the onions and add the royco cube and the pepper let simmer for 5 minutes

Remove from heat and blend till smooth

In the same sufuria add the rice and a little oil fry till the rice turns brown

Add the blended puree and 2 cups of water till the rice cook

Serve n garnish as desired
