Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchicken
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1ginger root
  • 1dhania or coriander
  • 1onion
  • Spices of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred the chicken into small pieces.Marinate the chicken in the buttermilk and add the spices for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Fry the onions till brown then add the chicken

  3. 3

    Cook for 30 minutes adding water when necessary and then blend the mixture

  4. 4

    Garnish with dhania and reheat if necessary and serve
