Boil your water....it should be extremely hot

Add in a tablespoon or two or your vinegar and a pinch of salt

Break your egg into the boiling water. Take care not to burn and do not stir

Turn down the heat and cover your cooking pot. Let the egg till the yolks turn color and stop being runny....

Once ready, gently remove them from the water.

Place on your serving plate and garnish as you please
