Heat ghee in a pan

Add vermicelli and saute till golden brown

Once golden brown add milk and sugar

Cook for another 5 mins till the milk boils

Add saffron strands in it

Low the flame and let the milk reduce till the consistency becomes little thick

Set it aside and let it cool in refridgerator

Now take the shot glasses fill 3/4th glass with vermicelli

Now add mango puree on the top of vermicelli

Garnish it with dry fruits and serve chilled.
