Take a bowl add besan suji,hing.,salt,2 sn sugaroil..

Add citric said,ginger paste and water to a fine paste

Grease a pan in which khamn will be steammed

In a large vessel fill water and lay a channi at the base

Pour batter in that grass pan and place it

Steam khaman for15 to 20 minite

Khaman is cooked all puffed up

Add toothpick to check kaman proply cooked and cool 15 minite

In a pan add oil musterseedand green chilli on low flame add sugar and water mix it well

Pour this hot mixtures over steamed khamn

Khamn is ready to serve
