Ingredients

20 mins
6-7 servings
  • 200 gm mombin
  • 1potato
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonmutard seeds
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seed
  • 1 teaspoonpoppy seeds
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the mombins and potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil temper mustard seeds and red chilli

  3. 3

    Add the mombins and potato saute adding salt and turmuric

  4. 4

    Cover it and in the meantime make a paste of mustard and poppy seeds

  5. 5

    Add the paste and mix properly

  6. 6

    Add water and sugar boil to get a thick consistency

  7. 7

    The chutney is ready

Veo que no hay correpondencia entre los ingredientes de la receta y los detalles de la preparación. Por ejemplo, en la preparación se menciona la guindilla roja, que no está incluída dentro de los ingredientes. Si pudiera corregirse, agradecido!
