Soak Desi chana overnight

Boil potatoes

Chop green chilli coriander leaves

Grind the chana in a mixer

Take grinded desi chana in a bowl Add boiled potatoes in it.add all spices and salt.

Prepare bread crumbs and add it to mix.

Make kabab of desired shape

Fry in hot oil try golden brown on both sides

Serve with red sause/green sause
