In a bowl combine salt, pepper,lemon juice, honey,oil, mixed herbs, garlic. Add the fish cubes & marinate for few hrs

Arrange the fish cubes on wooden skewers

In other bowl combine flour, salt,eggs, water & make batter. Transfer breadcrumbs in flat plate.

Dip the fish skewers in the batter

& then roll in breadcrumbs

Grill in a pre-heated oven until light golden

It's done now. Dnt overcook fish.

Serve hot with garlic bread, blanched spinach leaves & onion wedges.
