..Boil potatoes, mash it and keep it aside. Now boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt. Cook until the chicken is completely dry, shred the chicken and keep it aside.

..Saute the veggies capsicum and carrot for a while(adding two tsp water) thn add them to the mashed potatoes mixture along with the shredded chicken, blk pepper powder, salt, grn chilli chpd,vinegar, soya sauce.

..Add the Cheese Cubes into smaller cubes and add to the mixture.
*..Make small round or desired shaped cutlets of the mixture. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and then lower the heat to medium.

...Take an egg and whisk it with one teaspoon of milk in it. Dip the Cutlets in egg and deep fry the cutlets.
*...Your delicious Cheesy Russian Cutlets are ready to serve. Serve it with Tomato Ketchup and mayonnaise.
