Steps

First peel the ripe banana and then cut it into slices.

Take a bowl, add equal quantity of corn flour and refined flour into it and then add baking powder and water into it and make a smooth medium thick batter of it.

Sprinkle some corn flour on the ripe bananas and then coat it with it and then add the banana pieces into the batter and gently mix until completely coated with the batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai, then place the bananas into the oil and deep fry it until it become golden brown and then take it out.

Now take a pan, add equal quantity of sugar and water into it, dissolve it by continuous stirring on medium flame and give it a boil and then add honey and roasted sesame seeds into it. Cook it until the mixture have a caramel colour and then switch off the flame.

Then deep the banana fritters into the hot caramel. Turn each fritters over with a fork to coat all over, then remove immediately and plunge into the bowl of iced water for 1 minute.

Remove the fritters from the water and leave it to drain for few seconds and then serve it by garnishing it with some dry fruits.
