Steps

Rost semolina for 10 min and not change colour

Add 1cup buttermilk and mix well.Now add some carrot, some peas, some raw potatoes,chopped green chilli, green coriander.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and keep it 10 min..

Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds in a pan.. Add sesame mix them.in a pan. Now put oil in a vessel..

Now add eno in a pan cake batter...and steam it is Dhokla..

After making it grand it.. Either eat it like this or light fry also you want to eat your favorite chuttny or sauce...
