Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 3-4 tbspghee
  • 3 cupswater
  • 200 gmssugar
  • 2 tsp elaichi powder
  • As neededDry fruit powder for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a kadhai

    Add the wheat flour & stir vigorously

    Roast on medium flame

    Roast until it smells aromat & golden brown

    Add water & sugar and stir well to avoid lumps

    Cook until water evaporates & mixture leaves ghee on sides

    Garnish with dry fruit powder & serve hot
