Ingredients

  1. 1 bottlegourd peeled and cut into cubes
  2. 1 handfullentil dumplings
  3. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  4. 1 teaspooncelery seeds
  5. 3-4green chillies chilies
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Fry the dumplings well

  3. 3

    Add gourd and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover and cook stirring occasionally

  5. 5

    Add sugar and coriander leaves

  6. 6

    Serve it with plain rice
