Add methi seeds and let it turn brown.. most imp ingredient in this dish 😊

You get a beautiful arama of methi seeds add tampering and onions, green chillies, turmeric salt, ginger garlic paste tomato

After turning brown add Bittergourd (squeeze the water)

Cook for 10 to 15 mnts add tamarind pulp, jaggery and check the spoon

Close lid for 10 more minutes and turn off

You get a beautiful aroma of sweet and tangy flavours

It stays 2 to 3 days in refrigerator
