Line a detachable cake tin with parchment paper and set aside.

Take a piece of biscuit and spread a thick layer of icecream over it.seal with with another biscuit. Repeat till you have enough to fill in the cake tin.

Now layer the biscuits next to eachother and pack them tightly.

Fill the middle with more icecream and set in the freezer for atleast 4 hours. Once set demould and cut into slices for serving.
