  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  • 2carrots, sliced
  • 2potatoes, diced
  • 400 gcan chopped tomatoes
  • 225 glentils, washed
  • 1750 mlvegetable stock (cubes ok)
  • salt and pepper

    Sauté onion and garlic for a few minutes in butter

    Add remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Blend soup and season to taste
