  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 2carrots, sliced
  5. 2potatoes, diced
  6. 400 gcan chopped tomatoes
  7. 225 glentils, washed
  8. 1750 mlvegetable stock (cubes ok)
  9. salt and pepper

    Sauté onion and garlic for a few minutes in butter

    Add remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

    Blend soup and season to taste
