1 clovegarlic, crushed
2carrots, sliced
2potatoes, diced
400 gcan chopped tomatoes
225 glentils, washed
1750 mlvegetable stock (cubes ok)
salt and pepper

Sauté onion and garlic for a few minutes in butter

Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Blend soup and season to taste
