Ingredients

1 packetplain cake
1/2 cuppineapple
200 mlcream
1 cupsugar for crunch
1/4 cupicing sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

Preheat the pan put sugar in it and on very low flame stir sugar until it becomes liquid.

As it gets liquid we will pour it on a greased plate and when it becomes cold it will turn into crunch

Pour cream in a bowl and add icing sugar and vanilla essence in it and mix it with electric hand beater.

Set a layer of plain cake in a dish make a meat and leveled by your dish size.

Cut pineapple into small pieces and boil it in the sugar syrup until it becomes soft.Let it cool. After cooling pour the syrup on the cake slices.Now place pineapple slices on it.

Now pour all the cream, spread evenly and garnish the dish with the little pieces of crunch.
