Maalpua with Rabdhi
Steps

Mix mawa with milk and then mix maida and make the batter smooth and rest it for 10 minutes.

Take a pan, put oil and shallow fry the batter in the shape of malpua.

When it turns golden then take it out in a plate.

Prepare sugar syrup with the help of sugar, water and cardamom powder.

When the syrup comes at room temperature, dip the malpua into the syrup and leave it for sometime.

Serve it on a plate.

For rabdi- Take 1/2 litre milk, add mawa and condensed milk and keep mixing till the time it thickens. Add sugar as required.

When rabdi comes at room temperature then spread it on the malpua.

Garnish it with dry fruits. Enjoy!
