Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes cut into long sticks.

Take a small bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder,salt and water mix well to a batter consistency.

Take pan heat oil on medium flame dip one by one potato stick into the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
